Shipping and Handling
Orders placed before closing time are processed the next business day. If you are shipping via USPS Express, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air, please call 1-888-478-7333 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we may process and ship your order as soon as possible.
If you are using the Standard Shipping or USPS options, please make sure that U.S. Mail is deliverable at your shipping address in order to avoid delays in shipping.
Most seed order are sent via U.S. Postal Service, while we may choose to send some larger seed or supply orders via UPS Ground.
If U.S. Mail cannot be delivered to the shipping address of your choice, please select one of our UPS shipping options during checkout.
Orders over $200.00 require a signature before delivery. Orders over $500.00 may be contacted for optional package insurance.

Canada and Mexico
All tomato, pepper, eggplant, and tomatillo seeds are eligible for shipment to Canada and Mexico via U.S. Mail.
Books and growing supplies are not available for delivery outside of the U.S.
We do ship from our office in Florida, so delivery can sometimes take a bit longer than expected. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the time of shipment for your order to arrive.
We are not able to ship any items outside of North America at this time. International customers are welcome to purchase seeds for delivery to a U.S. recipient at standard shipping rates.
Books can be shipped to any address with a U.S. ZIP code, including all 50 states and U.S. Territories.
Supply items(non-seed items, excluding books) can only be sent within the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
There are no extra shipping charges for books and supplies, although they may be shipped in separate packages from seeds ordered at the same time.
Tomato pens are drop-shipped from the manufacturer in Illinois via FedEx Ground. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
