Eggplants: Large Quantities

Seeds Per Ounce - Tomato, pepper and eggplant seeds vary in size from variety to variety. Tomato varieties have about 8,000 seeds per ounce, although small-fruited varieties may have 10,000 or more seeds per ounce. Peppers have about 3,000 to 4,000 seeds per ounce, and eggplants have about 6,000 seeds per ounce. The larger quantities listed contain approximately the following numbers of seeds.
