Tomato and pepper seeds may be difficult to start when temperatures are too cool. This propagation mat will keep the soil temperature in your flat 15 to 20 degrees warmer than the room temperature. Plug in the rubber mat and set growing containers on the wire shelf atop it. Warm air will rise and circulate between the mat and the seed fiat, getting vegetable or flower seeds off to a strong start and giving you a jump on the season. 21 inches long by 15 inches wide.
